    Let's be Frank about Vincent

Another player finds himself under Tom Williams microscope, this time it's Frank Vincent . . .

Good read and interesting stats when compared to O’Brien.. makes you appreciate the choices that managers have to make.

    Yeah, nice report.
I like Vincent a lot and I'm sure he's going to have a full career as a pro. I hope a chunk of that is at Notts. At the moment though, the formation works against him. He can only slot into 1 role in it and you know who is occupying that - the best player in the NL. Hopefully, Frank sticks with us and we stick with him and eventually things will open up for him.

Loan to Aldershot extended 3 months. Great for him and us that he’s getting some real game time, although I am not of the opinion often written on here that he should play for us every week. Maybe the stint at Aldershot will bring him on and he becomes a really useful addition back in our squad for the run in.

He could have last season but we've moved on now and upgraded. I don't think there would be many wanting him in first team now. As you say a squad player maybe to bring on late in the game and harry the opposition.
