    O/t vpn

I've been thinking about this for a while now, and seen a decent offer for Nord.
But thought I'd see if anybody had any recommendations first.
I do seem to recall a Rotherham based company being mentioned on here a few times, but can't remember their name.

I use Nord, easy to set up, seems to work fine

Try tunnelbear to see if it's OK for you.
It gives you 500mb to check it out.

I use Nord, set to USA, works fine. Dunno if its the same for others, if I set it to Europe it plays for 15 mins and then kicks you off with message saying you don't have permissions etc

I’ve used Nord, IP Vanish and Surfshark.

All of them have been up and down. Just signed up for ExpressVPN yesterday because I want to view Hulu, Netflix and ESPN+ from the US.

First impressions are it appears quicker than others but it’s pricier. Paid £83 for a 12m+3m sub. Used Quidco for cashback which has tracked at £23. So £60.

PIA (private internet access) was a consideration. That’s around £45 for a 2 year sub and Quidco offer cashback for that. I think it’s under £30 after cashback.

If you go with Nord check Quidco or Topcashback and set up an account. The cashback on signing up will be worth it.

About 10 years ago I bought a lifetime subscription to VPN Unlimited for around US$30. Apart from a few weeks where iplayer was wise to the VPN ( I lived in Hong Kong at the time ) it has worked pretty well for me. A quick search on the internet shows you can currently get lifetime subscription for around US$40 - just search for offers rather than buying from their website.

I signed up for Surfshark but lost my ifollow stream every 10 mins or so and it needed to be refreshed again to get it back which was a pain.

I then found out that I had a free VPN included with my Norton laptop security so I have used that ever since and I have never once had any issues with Ifollow when using it so I would certainly reccomend that one.
