    WBA53 match thread

Got to win tonight, or I won't hear the last off it from my wife's Uncle who has watched Blackpool since 1951, even though he lives in Wordsley. COYB

This team does not have any understanding between each other. They have regressed since I last had a look at them. They can't seem to go forward without first going back about 5 yards.
Looks strange. No real passion from the players or interest for that matter..Very under whelmed.

Bring Asante on for the whole second half, keep the fast passing and movement and this could well be ours tonight. Blackpool are well organised and have had some good results recently, making it tough.

We were unable to go to the match, but gave our tickets to some friends who attend occasional matches - maybe half a dozen matches this season.
They sent us the following message thanking us….

“You missed a great game. Best I’ve seen them play in ages. Great atmosphere with lots of singing too”

    Interesting ?

PS I understand there was a chant ‘where’s the money gone’ presumably alongside the peaceful light protest ?

We are playing great tonight. Got to get three points. Fast, good passing, alert, closing down well at the back, just need that one good chance. Big difference from the Sheffield game. Much more urgency.

Yokuslu has to start every week btw. Absolute class act.
