    Builders waste removal
    Fly tip removal

    Waste transfer note completed with every job. And all waste taken to local recycling facility

    Is this the third degree? You are clearly on a wind up.

    My cbdu number is given to every customer on completion of a job. And the waste transfer note shows where I am taking the waste. As you are not a customer. And for privacy reasons. I will not share it over a forum with you

    Not a wind up, as you'll know the under the Duty of Care Regulations the waste producer is responsible for the waste, so if the person taking away their waste decides not to take it to a licenced facility that accepts the waste, then the waste producer would still be responsible. So its the duty of care of the waste producer to check that the company handling their waste is licenced and transfers it to a licenced facility.

    No need to share your licence number over a football forum, just a reminder to anyone reading this board knows their duty of care and can check the details of their chosen waste handler on the public register. A public register freely open for anyone to check.
