    Norton cuffy

Now this may be controversial and some will think it's silly season (in my head)
The lad should not play for us again this season

We are going to be up against it in this league due to the usual Cash fanbase restraints ect
So imo we need that solid core performance each week not a player who does 2 or 3 good runs per game then becomes a liability at the other end.
If his only position will be playing at right wingback then we have 3 other players who are proven to be a better option.

Harding. Mr reliable at RWB/ RB. He has the engine to get forward and get back. Can't recall a bad game in that position

Kioso. SIM to Harding from the few games we have seen. Injury prone or just unlucky? When fit should have a regular spot

Ogbene. Move him to the right side we loose the goal threat but he does the attacking and defending better than cuffy... Of MT brings in another striker in Jan I can see ogbene moving back out wide right..

Ok maybe saying he shouldn't play again for us is a bit harsh. Maybe a bench spot for a last 10 min cavalry charge.

Cuffy is going to be a brilliant player, prob in the premiership for years to come. But he's still very young and learning the hard way. In fairness to Bristol, they knew he would be told to get forward with midfield pushing forward also and played a great game in playing the ball quickly long into the space behind Cuffy to put pressure on Peltier (who magnified this by having a poor game himself) and it paid off for them.

I think it's as much the manager being outfoxed than it is to blame the wing back. I agree I think I'd like to see Kioso back in there or Ogbene if we had good striker options, especially for home games. But yes, you are way too harsh in saying he shouldn't play for us again. Too much breakfast egg nog?

Yep silly season but that’s every season isn’t it? 😉

I agree his defending isn’t great but he has skill which can be excellent going forward
    Harding doesn’t make mistakes? Hmm

He's just been voted man of the match... https://www.themillers.co.uk/news/20...FEHdddDNbDoYPQ

He's a real threat going forward, but less good at defense, you could also say the same about Bramhall, saying he shouldn't play again is a bit daft.
Wing back is a hard position to get right, Chio can do it well, and obviously Kioso too,and Fergusson is great in that role,if a bit less dynamic, no sure if it suits Wes to be honest.
Maybe a switch back to 4-4-2 would suit everyone st the moment, we've enough natural wingers and full backs.

    MOTM for me

The only one showing any attacking intent.

The only one that looked capable of beating a player

Had to play deeper in second half to help out our hopeless defence

My response to this thread & we were poor at the back one. When your struggling it's time to go to the 4-5-1 formation. Right to left defence Harding Hall Humphreys McCart. Midfield same Chieo Rathbone Odoffin Barlaser Wiles. Kelly lone forward. Yes Wiles on the left while January can't have Bramall there when we're battling for points. Wood 1st change in the centre of the defence. Hull back in the squad in January.

I think based on what I saw of Kioso, I would play him first at this moment in time, and if Chio was free to resume wing back then I'd play Chio there also but I think Cuffy will soon blow both of them out of the water, prb this season with more game time. He's going to be a top player. I personally don't think he was the weak link on Saturday, far from it but if he struggled it was due to the strategy of playing too ofar forward as a team and leaving a huge gap to exploit Pelts. I think the other wing backs would have been the same tbh

Over the past X amount of years your standout posts consist of. Play the best players in the right positions which I totally agree with
So if continue to play 352 from
Kioso, ogbene, Harding and cuffy which is best suited to RWB?
Obv cuffy is 3rd-4th choice so where are you playing him of not RWB?
