FIFA launch new Club World Cup

32 teams and starting in 2025:

Thoughts? Is it overworking the players?

    Money making exercise

Like the WC plans. I've heard groups of 3, more teams, penalties taken before every game. More games works over multiple time zones if they insist on no games overlapping but does anyone really want to see Peru vs New Zealand at 4am?

Need to stop fking around with things, though would like games to go straught to pens with no ET.

    Exactly.

    All it is.

Although, rate we're going and what our owners want, we'll be in the competition within a few years/this decade.

Its the first counter strike against the European super league. Making extra money available for the elite clubs and a way of incorporating the worlds best clubs, more greed thats all
