There are quite a few who have appeared for Burnley and Villa or Burnley and West Ham but I can’t think of anyone who has the full set.

Can't think of one, but Joe Gallagher came close. John Bond signed him from West Ham, he never played for Villa but he did play nearby for Birmingham and Wolves. In fact when he left Birmingham after 10 years, he was granted a Testimonial match which was...........against Aston Villa.
Close Joe, but no cigar.
