    Player Ratings VS West Brom

    Muric 7 -
    Beyer 7
    Taylor 6
    Maatsen 7
    Bastien 7
    Cullen 8
    Brownhill 7
    Tella 8
    Zaroury 8
    Barnes 6

    Benson 6
    Rodriguez 7
    Twine 9

What a great win. Although, I thought we was lucky to have the decision go in our favour. I don't think it was a foul on Muric to rule out the second goal.
Talking of Muric, some of them ball out were just class, outside of the foot, this guy is so so cool. We really do have a Great midfielder in Muric

I thought Tella was fair off it tbh but then pops up with a sublime finish.

So pleased for Twine, he looks a real class player. When we signed him I was listening to a few podcasts and certainly on one he was being tipped as a future England player.

A good video of Twine is here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q-n09lTE3-Y

I think Barnes deserved a 7 and twine did well but a 9 is overly generous just for a spot on FK but Muric frightens me and excites me, he should be a sweeper,

Muric 9 - best passer of a ball at our football club.-
Beyer 7 - solid, needs buying.
    Taylor 6 - wrong position.
Maatsen 8 - I love this dude. Needs buying.
Bastien 7 - neat & tidy, did not let us down.
Cullen 8 - battled all night and a great fall on the edge of the box.
Brownhill 8 - 100% effort allied to a lot of skill.
Tella 8 - fast becoming my favourite current player.
Zaroury 7- always poses a threat.
    Barnes 7 - 100% trier.
    Benson 8 - survived 3 assassination attempts.
Rodriguez 7 - invaluable experience and it showed.
Twine 10 - Beckhamesque goal and a William Holden smile.

This was a signature VK win. 0-1 down, team up all four of your leading scorers - Zaroury, Jay Rod, Tella and Benson-with 30 minutes to go; get the equaliser and then take off the scorer and sub on the enigma that is Scott Twine for the last 10 minutes.

    Muric 7.5
    Beyer 7
    Taylor 6.5
    Maatsen 7
    Bastien 6.5
Cullen 8 - drove the team forward time and again
    Brownhill 7
Tella 7.5 - superb finish for his goal
Zaroury 8.5 - a constant threat and a beautiful pass to set Tella free for the equaliser
    Barnes 7

    Benson 7
Rodriguez 8 -invaluable experience and it showed.
    Twine 8

If only he was a brilliant keeper, it'd be like were playing with 12 men. As it is he's a liabilty every time a high ball comes into our box, fortunately with the we play and dominate possesion, it's no easy thing for the opposition to put the high balls into our box.

I watched Pope pull off a save last night that ultimately earned the Toon a deserved point. Muric would not have saved that in a million years but on the other hand his playing out from the back is unbelievable.

Two rows back from us a female fan nearly wets herself every time he is sweeping up on the half way line.

He was even in their half at one point, I don't think I've ever seen that before, except for keepers coming up late on for corners, which is something different entirely. He really is two different players, as a sweeper he's the best I've seen, it's scary at times, but we are the best at playing it out from the back, mainly because of him. As a keeper, he's possibly the worst I've seen at this level, he's 6ft 5 inches and the opposition drop corners into our 6 yard box for fun and he hasn't got a clue what to do about them. If him and Pukki went for a high ball together, I'd back Pukki to win it. But it won't happen, he wouldn't go for it in the first place.

One simply cannot head the ball out of the goalkeepers gloves, especially when he is wearing them.

His smile lights up the night and what a goal to equalise.
