I am sure Foster would come out of retirement if asked until the end of the season. Surely to God this would be worth exploring as still a class apart from Button.
If Button plays against Blackburn and loses us any further points he will be destroyed as many in the crowd will turn on him!

What’s the problem with playing young Griffiths? As I’ve said before, had plenty of experience in the lower leagues, so why not? Give youth a chance.

Hi , he has played 99 Ist team matches over the last 4 seasons which is a lot more than Button.
