Professional Lead Academy Scout role filled!

    https://c.newsnow.co.uk/A/1174602781...atest_news#out

Eales & Ashworth magic behind the scenes continues as we continue to fill roles we never knew we need and certainly never had before under Penfold and the Crook!

Professional Lead Academy Scout, what's one of them we ask? All well run club fans roll their eyes like talking to a hick relative who just came to visit from the back of beyond and never say a double decker bus or a street walking *** worker before!

    hahaha

Great to see we're actually functioning like a proper Professional football club! Mazing INIT haha

One of the people brought in early on said our operation was being run on a par with some League 1 clubs,

Appalling but no surprise to any of us.

(nice that this new fella is a Toon fan, too. )

*link wouldn't open for me-flashes up then disappears-could just be my ad blocker, though

How weird that the link doesn't work. However the more people who love the club working in the club is excellent! They'll work a little harder when working with love and we'll as for the money

The club don’t mess around at academy level either when things don’t work out. Elliot Dickman who arrived from Sunderland with a decent reputation only lasted just over a year before he was gone.

Link doesn't work for me either.

It's really good to see, I still struggle to believe we're being run properly - what a feeling.
