    Perhaps we might start to see some US talent in the squad? Although NFL, he may have connections that can help us in the recruitment area.

    They did imply in the interview that they wouldn't be involved in that area, they would be respectful of the way the club is run, 'we know what we know, and we know what we don't know', besides which, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

    I don’t think that they will be involved directly - more the connections that they have in the sporting world. Just as working with VK is seen as an attraction to bring in new talent, as we have seen, because they are both respected in their fields, players may view the club in a more positive, attractive light.

    We shall see. I see it as a positive for the club and can only help our global profile.

    Yes that's fair enough Swiss, if our current recruitment team, which has been incredibly succesful, identifies a US player, their involvement would make it far more likely that the player would agree to join us. It might persuade us to have a good look at the US, there are some decent American PL players currently, we might as well have a couple as well.
