I don't really know what to make of this. Gourlay, for his faults has been at the highest level in football with Chelsea for a very long period and was well respected in the game. He goes to Reading for 16 months, which has been a total mess for years and Madejski and this Tevreden seem to pin it all on him. They've done pretty poorly with and without him.

You even read in the article "I'm a professional and don't like to talk to much" and then pretty much goes in full throttle on Gourlay.

For me, the Bruce decision was a shambles but Gourlay has built a really solid relationship with Corberan which is important for the future of our club.

Fat Ron should have resigned for selecting his chum Bruce without any recruitment process!

It was not Lai who wanted Chalobah and Albrighton so what f uck wit was it? Sunderland are in the play offs as they get a real quality loan like Diallo!! Who is responsible for our recruitment - a man with a white stick?

Fat Ron says he keeps asking Lai about the loans! Not to the extent where Fat Ron would risk his own job like many!

Resign Fat Ron - you are part of the rot at the top of the tree!!!

Interesting read! He wanted to sit in my chair - renew contracts - bring in players on big wages! Sounds familiar!

Well big wages - do we honestly feel Swift and Wallace on financial packages up there at the top of the championship are value for money? Two average players!

Renewing contracts - we’ll say no more!

Makes me think garbage such as Chalobah and Albrighton were Fat Ron’s doing and not Corberon’s.

No interview process and selecting his mate Bruce! Anywhere else he would have been sacked!

    F uck off Fat Ron!

    F uck of Fat Ron!
Swift and Wallace have been good signings for us and everyone knows free transfers command a higher wage to offset the lack of a transfer fee. The ball is totally in the players court around that.

Do you really think Ron is out there scouting players and just signing without Corberans input? In fact Corberan came out and talked about not seeing the player in Chalobah that he thought he’d signed - so that was either his signing or he was a major influence of it.

No idea! Swift goes missing too much and Wallace is a decent player but nothing special in my opinion!
