    Scott Twine

Started for Hull up at Boro, made little impression and hooked after an hour. Nothing against the lad, but they can keep him for me.

A lovely little footballer but simply nowhere near physical enough. I cannot see us getting our money back.

We only paid £4 million for him, I reckon we could get most if not all of that back. There's still a Championship/D1 footballer there at the very least, he just doesn't look PL material to me any more, which is what we have to be looking at.

We dont look like PL material at the moment either Sinkov so he would blend back in to the squad nicely.

He missed the first half of last season, not really sure what the problem was, so he was always playing catch up and it must have been difficult trying to break into a very succesful team. Still I rated him highly, I was a bit surprised we loaned him out, but at least it would give him a run of games at Hull and I fully expected him to be a regular scorer, but for whatever reason it hasn't happened. I've watched several Hull games now, simply because Scott's playing for them, and to me he hasn't improved at all, in fact he seems to be regressing. It's a shame, I had really high hopes for him, but it is what it is.

I watched the game specifically because Scott was playing. He was parked out on the left side of a 4 man midfield initially and was virtually a spectator, he was moved to the left side of a front two later but still made little impact and was subbed after an hour. Not saying this had anything to do with him, but Hull were 1-0 down when he was subbed then scored twice without him and won 2-1.

Can't say he did anything wrong, he just didn't do much at all.

Thanks for the Christmas card malwayne - much appreciated.

My grandson was born in Wales, he had great fun with the translation!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and yours.
