League 1 really hotting up now

After Derby's win at home to Lincoln tonight, Warney leapfrogs Evo and his Stevenage side into third place.

Derby now on 40 points, with Stevenage on 39 with Derby having played a game less. Should be a good run in for them both.

If Evo gains promotion I think this will be his 7th in league football, anyone verify this? I know he has non league promos but they don't count for beating Warnock's overall record.

I've got lots of respect for Evans after what he's done for Rotherham, So I hope Stevenage get back to back promotions, like we did.

I hope Reading go down for cheating.

I wouldn't mind if Reading had a Glasgow Rangers sanction imposed and were removed out of the leagues to have to start again. It worked in Scotland why not in the English leagues. Then again, Reading is classed as a Royal Town so maybe some things may run too deep in football and something like this will never happen.

In the EFL football I think it’s officially three (two with us, one with Stevenage) but should be four if you count the one with Crawley where he jumped ship to us just before their promotion was actually sealed. Unless you’re counting the ones out of the national league into the EFL as well?

Not sure why Rams fans were so unhappy with PW - his wins per game ratio is still on the high side compared to many managers around

I think they’re not happy with their style of play.
They want to watch a Man City type performance rather than a Rotherham one.

As John Terry recently said, no one plays like Man City apart from Man City
