    Burn on Saturday

Whoever is left back will most likely be facing Elanga. While he’s not as directly quick as Ogbene he’s still quick, and has a very twisty-turny style of running at fullbacks… combine those and I think he’d be a nightmare for Burn to handle.

All this talk of Burn defending set pieces, Bruno has been on his best behaviour since being on 9 yellows, and the rest of the likely starters rarely give away free kicks in the defensive half… so it would likely be Burn bringing down Elanga that we’d need his height and presence on to defend.

So am I missing something, or should Eddie start Tino?

My worry is Eddie has a history of not dropping a player till he had ‘redeemed’ himself… like he did with Tripps… that could cost us.

I trust Eddie, but I do not trust DAN BURN. Keep Burn on the bench, we cannot have a dinosaur that has a turning circle of my late grandmother in a wheel chair !!!!

3 at the back with Burn as left CB and Tino as LWB.

    OR

4 at the back with Tino as LB and Burn on the bench.

If we turn up with 4 at the back with Burn as LB, it will boil my piss.

less than 3 months ago Dan Burn played against M'Bappe. The fastest, most prolific striker of his generation.
M'Bappe is still in that man's pocket.

    How quick some forget.

    Consistency is what is important.

DBD has proven each time he's been doubted that he comes back stronger.

Howe will more likely start him and I'm gonna back the man from Blythe to bounce back stronger.

We owe these lot for the Woodinho 0-3 humping we took at SJP. So HOWAY MAN get behind the lads.

    I go with this post.
Only a week ago Dan Burn was man of the match.
If we all trust in Eddie Howe then we have to trust that h will choose what's best.
Hindsight is a wonderful thing for us fans.

Not only this, and Ragatino's post above, just look at the important match winning goals he gets because of his height and determination.

I will say this. Almiron concerns me a lot more than BDB.
