    Note when they appointed foster they took their time and did due diligence to make sure they had the right person,3 months later…???…just goes to show whatever appointment method you use it’s not guaranteed to work,and now they have placed the two people back in charge who was in temp charge before the appointment.wonder what millers mad would have made of that..!.
