Ordered some fold up ladders Sunday and chose the quickest supplier so delivery was today Tuesday. The useless c unts have delivered a king size mattress instead of my fold up ladders.

Amazon Chat - what absolute t wats run this customer service - in India where they don’t give a f uck! No real apology and just send photo image and investigated in 72 hours.

Well they can stick future orders and have told my wife even if double - buy the f uckin things elsewhere where there’s a customer service dept and they value the business!

Yes cheap and quick if it goes right but a nightmare from hell if it does not!

Horrible company who treat their staff like
