    Chelsea

How the bloody hell do they keep getting away with this?

Disappointed in Neto, I thought he would go to a big club.

It really is confusing why the rules seem to apply to some clubs and not others. Wolves had basically an self imposed embargo on transfers to try and stay within FFP. Chelsea just seem to try and spend their way out of their problems. Neto is their 15th signing of over 30m pounds since the new ownership. They've only sold 3 players for that much in the same time frame. Still waiting for Manchester City to be punished, but I doubt it'll happen in the end.

Sorry to see him go, he’s been a real game changer for us. As with a lot of players who rely on pace he’s highly prone to injuries… more than happy with a fee of over £50 million. Let’s hope some of this money gets reinvested.

I don’t understand how Chelsea aren’t in breach of FFP either!?
