Strong team. Macari WB, or four at the back?

Really looking forward to this one. Not because I'm expecting a great game (against a team of spoilers) but because we're going to learn a lot.
Previews of the game have been right in saying it's a tough match up, and Woodman knows how to make life difficult for us.
By now we know that SM is committed to our possession game and that we're still the best in the league at playing it. But today we're going to see how easy it is, or not, to stop us playing. That's how the wheels fell off last season - we dropped our level and team after team after team were able to stop us playing (Walsall, Harrogate, Crewe, Gills the list goes on).
If we're genuinely good, our play will hold up on days like this. So today I think they'll be big clues as to whether we'll see the Notts of the 1st half of last season, or still a bit too much of the Notts of the 2nd half.
Scott's injured isn't he
2-3 weeks out for Scott according to SM. Robertson unknown, die another scan. Ness and McDonald back on the grass. Edwards, taken a knock against Accy. Think that covers all current injuries.
If Woodman wanted to plot how to stop Crowley and Jones, it's going to be very difficult to know exactly where on the pitch they'll be with this line up
great to see our captain starting again. Can't see how we're going to lineup from the teamsheet!
Good test for SM's Notts today. Agree with anticlough that we'll likely know a lot more by the end of this one.
We are top as it stands.
