    I think this is the only Albion match my wife went to with her dad when she was 13 years old.

    I must have been there Mick, would have been 9, so probably didn't get to see much. Those players I remember well. That was THE WBA kit for me too.

    Who took you to the matches back then mate, was it your dad or a grandparent that got you into Albion?

    I was there in the Brummie. It seemed destined for 0-0 but then a ball was played in and I remember Ian Ure making a poor headed clearance. It dropped straight to Bomber. There was only ever going to be one outcome in that situation. I remember him striking the ball but the pandemonium had already started and I as unable to see the ball hit the back of the net. Brilliant. I saw the next game at Chelsea, which remains one of my all time favourite Albion displays.

    Hi, I was there for every round in both 68 and 69 cup runs . Alan Clarke winner for Leicester in the semi stopped us winning it 2 years on the trot .

    Grandad, and my dad were both Baggies supporters, they both took me.
