    Newcastle v Brighton

Pope, Livramento, Schar, Burn, Hall; Bruno, Joelinton, Tonali; Gordon, Isak, Murphy. why is Murphy starting ahead of Barnes ? apart from that a quality line up and good to see Vlachodimos as the only goalkeeper on the bench today.

Subs: Vlachodimos, Kelly, Krafth, Longstaff, Willock, Miley, Almiron, Barnes, Osula.

Aye, disappointed Barnes isn't starting. I'm guessing Eddie reckons he might provide more assistance to Tino against Mitoma?

Apparently a large bird landed on a power line next to our building and touched its head on the one above causing the transformer to blow up!

    That’s someone’s lunch sorted anyway!

Isak missed 1 0n 1 with the keeper.

    HT 0-1. Hoping it wasn’t a magpie.

Up there with our best 45 minutes of the season. Looks like the luck from the first few games is evening out. Should be ahead.

Was Isak’s one on one offside? He’s not looking too sharp.

Murphy poor - need Barnes on now.
