Ridiculous decision! Some owners need their heads examined. Robbins brought them from Division 2 to the brink of promotion to the Premiership. All of this while the off field problems were enormous. They should build a statue to him, not sack him.

I understand that what matters in most fields to those in charge is not so much what managers have achieved in the past, but rather what their current performances are like but football particularly seems far too quick in its readiness to dismiss. True, Coventry haven't had a brilliant start to their season but it is still comparatively early days and they are 17th with many clubs bunched together at this stage so it does seem a premature and rather knee jerk decision. Wonder what their fans think of this?

I think that the majority of their fans are of the same opinion as me.

Nut jobs! Plenty of time to get things going. Lots of hype about Coventry being serious promotion contenders. They still could be, but maybe not now. Takes weeks to get things right with all the changes. Still, what do I know. Maybe he called the owner a t w a t or something *♂️

They obviously believe they are good enough to get promoted but perhaps they will do a Birmingham.
