Midfielder, hasn?t played for a month, almost as if there?s no urgency. Chalky - your lot had him for a while, what?s he like?

Funnily enough I do remember him very well even though he didnt play many games for us mainly due the fact that I was regularly posting on a City forum at the time and got some very positive feedback from them,I can remember giving updates on his progress at the club but he was never really given a chance at Notts, when we got relegated there was a mass clear out to cut back on the wage bill and dead wood at the club,Patching was NOT some of the deadwood that was terminated but got an offer to go to Ireland which was accepted,he was highly rated by the City posters at the time and was being watched to make an appearance for City but I cant remember it happening, havent heard about him in years but as I say I do remember him at Notts despite his lack of appearances,if he is as good as he was then it might be a clever move by Carlisle

Ta Chalky, sounds like he could be a real asset when fit.

He was never given the chance that he should have at Notts due to the owner Alan Hardy being a complete nut job and megalomaniac who was shelling out big wages on players that he personally chose and wasnt willing to give Acadamy players with no professional experience a chance,it was a pity because he was expected to make an appearance for City at some point and was the academys top player,if we wasnt in such a mess at the time in terms of ownership and where we was in the league things would have been better for him,I will be watching with interest and I genuinely hope that the lad does well
