    Transfer window

Opens in a few days .
We are always slow in window ,apart from when we broke the transfer record fee for David MIlls ?595k .
Will we wait for the new Head Coach , or have we got deals lined up ?

Thats a good question. It would be great for the new manager to have some input but maybe he wont be here in time. Still, Heggem was a great find so a few cut price similar bargains wouldnt go amiss. Some need to go too which is mentioned frequently on here.

This is why I’m so annoyed at the timing of the departure of CC. With the transfer window nearly upon us and no head coach in situ how will we know what kind of player a new coach will require. Yes, there are players we need to be rid and the need for a young, creative midfielder but it is still not an ideal situation.

When you consider the timing of the sacking in Valencia and the fact that it was Carlos boyhood club and that they are in threat of going down after being in the top flight for a long time it was a situation he couldn’t refuse. I do think that was the only club and situation that would have prised him away from us. As you say though Leicester bad timing for us. It will all be history soon.

New manager MUST have final approval of any players recommended by CC to be approved or rejected.

The signings this season ( apart from Heggem ) have all been crap - Diakit? - Frabotta - Cole - McDair - Racic - Dobbin. Holgate is very average at best! The signings last season too were poor with the kid from West Ham who never was given a chance.

The new manager must get rid a lot of this complete s hite together with loaning out Wallace. All new signings must be approved by the new manager without any question of a doubt.
