Another selling platform that?s grown into a monster and sadly not policed. More scammers on this platform than anywhere and family and friends been scammed - buyer claims item is fake but does not send item back - buyer replaces sent goods with cheap substitute and claims that?s what seller sent etc etc.

Sadly Vinted communication is non existent. Shame as this site is better than the likes of eBay but sellers walking away and poor publicity now getting worse and in the news.

If you fail in customer service and to police your platform it will fail. Vinted will fail unless it gets its act together for sure. On the contrary in the Energy Industry - Octopus is massively growing not only because of cheap prices but fantastic customer services and freebies ie Nero drinks etc. Most of the other energy companies ie British Gas are shocking.

It shouldn?t be rocket science in getting it right!

I would certainly endorse Octopus Al. Since returning from Ireland 8 years ago, I have used Octopus Energy. As you say, their customer service is top notch and they do offer freebies. I get a 2 hour power up at least once a week and often 2/3 times. This gives us free electricity during that time and we try to do our heavily loaded electricity tasks to take advantage of this offer.

Totally agree Tipp. In addition all the Octopus rewards ie a free drink each week at Nero etc. I had one moan over something trivial and they sent a nice bunch of flowers by courier which I gave to the wife. That?s Customer Service!
