    Mr Nice Guy.

Those that fired Bonner say such things, and at United he, or my intution says, he would tie the players shoe laces if they asked.

As far as man management goes, pleading with the players, as he did, only goes so far, 50 per cent of what it takes was never used.

If i was a player, and a manager came to me and spoke the truth, i would have respect for him, im sure Coleman does that all the time.

Hes still a lad, goody goody as all socialists are, and are failures. I watched the Gillingham Bromley game, the players didnt care, will he learn?

Will he get another chance, and be the dominant personality in the dressing room?

Calling it as it is, calling a count a count, to his face in front of all. Like Fergie, the bully.

There is no need, some of it is true. That your self assesment is wrong, that if you put your mind to it you can be top of the league. Confidence and self esteem are probably at low levels. You have kept to a career and have a pension, full marks, you have loved and lost some dont get that far.

You have a heart rescuing coco, subscribibg to animal charities. You are independantly minded, may be to much sometimes in a funny way.

Apart from that your an utter ****.

Damn. Having a high opinion of yourself can only be good, that internal voice telling you that you are a piece of rubbish is wrong. All of psychiatry can be summed up in the sound of music, that song, about think, sing of something good.

You have control over your thunking, use it.

There?s no voice telling what to do Frank,I just do what I want when I want now that I have got rid of baggage of friendship that imposes on life, going solo in life is hugely enjoyable and I wish that I had done it at aged 18,no need to cook or wash up for anyone but myself, make plans for nobody else but myself and at the drop of a hat go where I want without having permission from another person,it?s a great life being introverted Frank and I cannot recommend it enough

How amazing is that?, madam spent well before xmas till yesterday with her daughter in Tenerife i had the time of my life. I know your thinking i had gals in and out constantly, i did not, i spent it on my tod and enjoyed it enormously.

To have to take another person into consideration, please them, change yourself, is absent. Total freedom, i can do owt, when i want to.

Introverts like us are a bit more evolved i reckon, extroverts need other people to recharge, introverts recharge by being alone, and im recharged, being with others drains me. Thats interesting that you do not have a voice in your head, i do, as well as pictures. Being alone means i can think anything i want, not have to think owt else, amazing.

Being alone means things come to the surface, things hidden become unhidden, a new understanding comes forth, things bothering you can be thought through, the subconscious which is 90 percent begins to speak. Hello to myself.

I now know why people go on retreats go into manasteries, in many ways being with people is a hindrance, thinking, being alone is like cocaine, day dreaming goes through the roof. Not that i know what cocaine is like.

I want more. Society tells you being alone is wrong, harmful, what a load of bonnallacks. Lonely,? do me a favor. I concur, its brilliant.

Its a great life Frank, when you get up theres just the sound of silence,no pleasantries or small talk to contend with, just make yourself a brew and put the radio or tv on,no woman to ask what you are doing today or give you orders on what you can do when you say nothing,do not get chatting to people either, they will worm their way into your life and before you know it they are coming around unannounced or planning days out with you to the coast, this means that your carefree lifestyle has been infected, you will end up agreeing a time to meet up again but this means that you have to put it in your diary, that dairy has now been polluted Frank, infact do not even bother with one because you dont need a diary if you plan it right,

Enjoy the silence that the solitude brings to your life
