    Prediction League - Newcastle United

In the first matchup with Newcastle this season, Wolves had a goal lead but coughed up two goals in the last 15 minutes to see the three points become zero. The Magpies have had an up and down season, being as high as 3rd after our previous matchup, but fell all the way to 12th after a 2-4 loss to Brentford. Since then, they've ripped off five league victories in a row against teams up and down the table, won a League Cup semifinal leg at the Emirates and defeated an overmatched Bromley 3-1 in the FA Cup this past weekend. Wolves look much improved since Vitor came over, but had a bad second half against Bristol City and a tough time finishing and defending on the counter against Forest in the 0-3 loss. With the match being away, I'm leaning toward both teams holding current form.

It's easy to be pessimistic after a defeat like that tonight but we created enough chances to score 3 ourselves tonight. We also did that against Forest. If we weren't creating I'd also be throwing the towel in tonight. Not many sides are going to go there and walk away with something.

Our main problem is conceding so easily. It's blatantly clear we need at least one more quality centre back if not two. We could do with a driving midfielder and another striker to challenge JSL. I doubt we'll get anywhere near that this window with Jeff's record but at least one more quality CB is essential!

back in the bottom three now,,and full value for money for it.

with larsen , doherty, hwang, andre . johnstone, and bellegarde in the squad..the outlook is fucking bleak
