Morning. Justin Fashanu's Wiki page says it was his debut. Elsewhere on the Internet it states the game took place on January 13th 1979. The result being 1-1 as you remembered. However, the Norwich goal that day was accredited to Martin Peters on the link below with Bomber getting ours. In other news Ron Atkinson was 39 at the time.
