    And Then There Were 3

At the end of the season the players that either took us to the championship or played for us in the championship will be whittled down to 3.
I am not counting the youth players in this but they may as well leave as well for the amount of chances they will get!

    Hughill, Phillips and Nombe.

I doubt any manager has ever been so ruthless in reshaping a team.

We are certainly no better than before.

The players sold have not been replaced.

    No international players left.

    It is not looking good!

Any significant injuries and we?ll be playing youth players before too long - we can certainly forget the playoffs as we just don?t have the depth of quality needed to attain that without an extraordinary run of luck with no key injuries anyway

Asset stripping before trying to sell the club perhaps.

I know what you are saying but it should not make sense although it does!

The minute we got rid of Taylor TS imo had enough. He?s brought Evans in to hopefully buy him some time. That?s running out quickly. Loads of people where I sit have stopped coming. They aren?t stupid they can see that he?s lost interest and any player worth anything has/will be sold replaced with freebies.
Next season will be the telling point with season ticket renewals.
Everything about the club is stagnating.

Spot on yak. Maybe Stewart is wanting too much for the club yet prepared to run it down before a sale is finalised.

To add to the three that will be left there won't be another player at the club with more than 12 months on their contract!

If I was buying a running company I'd want there to be tools in the workshop. It would be up to me to choose the best ones and the ones to suit the new direction of the enterprise and it would be my decision to change them.

If I was looking at buying a company that is just a shell I may as well create a new one.

The only thing left to barter with for the Stewarts is the EFL share that the football team owns.

There is the choice of two grounds in the town to chose from. He has to make the New York Stadium cheaper long term for a buyer.

Remember, we are in the same position as millmoor after 05……booth’s owned the ground…..as does stewart. And builds a hotel next door.

NYS could be used for all sorts of things….concerts, events, all with a luxury hotel next door….. think about it.
