I think you're being just a tiny bit pessimistic there, Ken.

I had a dream about the match last night. It was level going into the last seconds of added time and then we conceded - an unfortunate own goal - and there was barely enough time to restart. My dreams NEVER come true, so maybe it's a good omen. But I'll stick with the score because my predictions are generally dire.

Prediction of the season if that score turns out to be right.

SwalePie predicting we'd beat Bradford City 3-0, straight after the abysmal loss at Salford, is probably the most unlikely prediction to come true so far this season.

Oh indeed. All my predictions are pessimistic, they don't necessarily reflect my actual feelings, but earlier on the season I predicted some losses and we won, and we have done that more often than not, so it's a bit like a superstition.

Well, I've tried various formulae, such as:

    (1) What I think will actually happen - very low success rate
    (2) What I would like to happen - even worse success rate
    (3) Like you - trying the old reverse psychology bit on the fates - works for a bit, then reverts to hopeless

So now I'm going with my dreams.

I thought we played OK against Chessie but those missed chances will cost us. Can't see Junior being the answer. Notts 0 Crewe 2
