    Furlong

Surprised Furlong was picked today by Morrison as he?s been absolutely shocking and throwing his shirt on the ground v Derby was disgraceful. Who the hell does he think he is? With the ill discipline in the side of late an example should have been made.

Been here far too long with little or no competition, awful defender, decent going forward though, one definitely to be moved on along with Bartley, Swift, Mowatt, Ajayi, Wallace, Cole, Frabotta, Wildsmith and Diangana

In Mozza’s interview during the week prior to the match it was clear that he would be picking the “usual” side. Disappointing, but I think he was not wishing to upset the players thinking of a hopeful role under the new regime. I like the guy, but he is certainly not strong enough to handle the players. I’m afraid he needs to also leave when the new regime arrive.

I hadn’t heard of the shirt throwing incident, presumably reflecting frustration with the Club and/or team selection. Totally unacceptable, but maybe reflective of the perceived ‘player power’ ? Also another reflection of his lack of discipline and recent reluctance to push forward which was his saving grace.

Strong player management seems a necessary ingredient in a prospective manager (or indeed Teach Coach which is the latest jargon. I don’t think the Nestor Game Model recognises this ?

Are you going to the Luton match ?

Furlong was given a new contract earlier this season due to his great performances.
A new manager is required asap though with all the players off on holiday after Saturday is there any need until pre-season?
