Coaching staff departures/non-replacement
Montague leaving (Director of Football : Roberto Gagliardi role?)
Crowley leaving no replacement
Home form despite attendances

Additional question on the fitness and training personnel. Way too many injuries.

To be honest Old_Pie it would make absolutely no sense then giving up as we were well in it.

I think in their heads they thought JJ would be back Jan, add a couple of decent signings, they did invest cash for both Jarvis and Traore and we had a few other bodies coming back.
I was optimistic Jan we could sneak into the top 3 but the wheels have fallen off for a variety of reasons.

I've always known it as "I Claim My Prize" which may be a pound, or less, but hopefully more.
