Just watching the interviews with some very inspirational veterans.
It can?t ever be understated the sacrifices that these brave people made.
Thank you just doesn?t seem enough but thank you.

Sadly some people nowadays have no desire to recognise the sacrifices or care to understand what real sacrifice is.
True hero?s who deserve commendation and thanks.
Certain aspects of society in this country aren?t programmed to recognise much of the above.
Very sad.

Listened to Nicky Campbell show earlier and a Lady called Jeanette came on around 10 ish - Shes 85 now and gave the most amazing record of her time and how the country?s changed now. A story of a doctor who came out during air raids in his pyjamas to treat his patients - then go off to play the piano in the air raid shelter.

A compelling listen and that should be played in schools not that pathetic Adolesence kerap !!
