    Aberdeen v Celtic (Premiership)

A Wednesday night thrashing from Celtic is in store for the lazy Dons, if they're out of their scratchers in time.

Kick-off is at 8, and then again every ten minutes or so. I fancy us to get beat at least 0-6.

This match will give us all an insight to how we adapt as a team. Do we work hard as a club at training and come up with a reasonable plan to stop Celtic in their tracks and give ourselves an opportunity to get at them and dent their confidence a little leading up to the cup final.

This match has absolutely all the pressure on us and us only. Celtic can field a second string team and not give a hoot as it?s for us to roll up the sleeves to keep Dundee United from pipping us to 4th spot. We can kid ourselves on and say what about third spot but that ship has sailed.

Jimmy (the) Turnip is starting to feel a dislike towards him due to our inept performance levels
not from social media fans but from pundits/ex pros etc. He has to step up and this match could do him a massive favour especially before leading his team out at Hampden.

I will demand a win myself (that will never change) but I honestly think our current manager will be happy to take a closely contested defeat.

That would be a hair raising result so surely a goal for Ian Hair

Were going to win this one

Well quickly go 2-0 down and limp to half time barely hanging on. Then in the 2nd half Jimmy will make his inspired substitutions that paid off so well earlier in the season and we'll quickly battle back to 2-2. In the 7th minute of the 3 added minutes we will hit them on the break for a last gasp winner.

    Mark my words.

And if all that happens I will definitely be buying a euromillions for Friday

And the sad thing is you are spot on, can easily see this being 5 or 6 nil to Timothy

The manager has been wanging on about the players' hunger and desire for the game.

Heard it all before. The only hunger they have is for their pre-match meal, and their only desire is for the season to be over so they can hit the beach (aye, a foreign beach, nae Aberdeen beach).

Hunger and desire - dinna make me laugh.

The score in this will be whatever Timothy want it to be - pretty much as usual tbh.

Our strategy should just be to try and not annoy them unnecessarily ahead of the cup final so there is a slim chance they might ease up and take it a bit too easy that day.

    Great eh.
