    Season ticket collections?

Was told by ticket office on Monday 14th July that physical cards would be available for collection 'by the end of the month' (July). Still no email to confirm this. Do they realize our first match is in less than two weeks time?
Can see this going wrong big style - either no cards in time or massive queues a day or two before 2nd August. Ironic thing is I paid for my card on 29th May - Amateurs running the club from top to bottom.

I did not go to the friendly again St the Blades, but brother-in-law went.
To which a Millers fan told him, it could be that we have to use last season cards.
The club shop wanted to bin ours when I paid for renewal season cards, I said no I will hold onto ours.
But if true about using last season cards, how many people will have chucked them.
I did ask when paying for new season cards, if we were using our old season cards, I was told no.

Been down to tinpot today to sort my season ticket out, wanted a physical one . I was told that from today if you haven’t sorted a digital ticket then it defaults to a physical one , they also said that the tickets are being printed this week.

Well that's the complete opposite info to what was given out before. Originally they were saying if you didn't sort out a physical ticket, then it defaulted to a digital one.

Rung them back up after my daughter said it’s the opposite to what the websites says , I got told the same thing as this morning by a different person, told them that the website says different so she said she would check, came back and asked me if I wanted a physical ticket I said yes so she sorted it there and then .

Naively went to collect mine at the SUFC friendly - seemed a reasonable assumption that the club would have planned for fans to be able to get hold of their season ticket whilst visiting NYS for the final time before the season starts - need have a stern word with myself!

    So, tickets being printed this week which leaves a week to post them out or for fans to visit NYS (again!) to collect. What could possibly go wrong;

    - late postal delivery
    - fans wanting a physical cards missed off the print run
    - huge queues at the ticket office prior to the Port Vale game
    - problems at the turnstiles reading new physical or digital cards
    - kick off delayed - again - and in the news for all the wrong reasons

When you can't get the simple things right, what chance do we have succeeding at a higher level!?

Little over a week to go and still no sign of mine. Bought at earliest possible date, jumped through hoops to pay for the physical card pretty much as soon as they'd sorted their system. Tickets, card, postage all paid up, now in the hands of RUFC and Royal Mail - what could possibly go wrong....?

I asked for a physical card and was told ti collect it.

Any idea if the extra ?1.50 we paid was for postage?

    I paid:
    Ticket Price: ?1.50
    Ticket Price: ?1.50
    Ticket Price: ?1.50
Name: Season Card - Postage Amount: ?2.00
    Order Total: ?6.50

That was using the link emailed (third attempt they made). This was just before their (sort of) apology where they made some nonsense claim about speeding up the entry process and things got blurry around whether charges would be applied to those who still hadn't opted one way or t'other.

Assume I'm in line to have them posted, if you didn't pay more than ?1.50 then I'd guess you're collecting.
