Tommy is an amazing player but even he says he had difficulty both figuring out this arrangement and then playing it. He says the main thing with a piece like this is not to give up but tbh, I think I find it too daunting to even begin to learn!😁
I can play the lead, bass and rhythm parts to Day Tripper separately but playing them all together-and with the melody line on top too? Just a tad beyond my meagre capabilities Soulman! I did once work my way through one of Tommy's basic finger picking books and that was hard enough.
I enjoy listening to the likes of Tommy, Michael Hedges and Sungha Jung but have to accept that I won't ever come close to mastering this style of playing. Still, thanks for posting 👍
