Aye, like it or not, in the eyes of foreign players, Man U are ahead of us in the pecking order.

It's all about the money, he is blinded by the $$ signs twinkling in his eyes.

The only thing in his defence is that he (like a lot of foreign based players of his age) supported Manure as a child.

At the minute we're ahead on basis of terms agreed but I suspect the moment they actually match the bid, get Lepzig to agree we'll miss out.

Feels like the big 6 have got together to make sure we don't sign any of our top targets. We should stick a bid in for a player we don't want. See who out bids us

It does indeed feel that way - the conspiracy theorist in me screams it.

Another way to look at it could be - we're all at the same table for the same elite players and we are low on those player totem poles.

The Cartel Shill Romano's latest of Sesko.

    https://www.football365.com/news/man...reement-struck

?I maintain my position,? Romano said. ?It is going to be a very important week because Newcastle have presented their project to the player?s side. Because Newcastle are attacking, so they are prepared to make a big proposal financially to the player and a big proposal financially also to RB Leipzig, obviously with this Isak story ongoing with Liverpool.

?For Sesko, Newcastle are ready to make something big but don?t forget also Man United. Man United have been discussing internally for days about strikers ? Ollie Watkins but Aston Villa insist on keeping the player?Sesko but obviously financially it is not an easy deal.

?But Man United also in the recent hours on Sunday night, on Monday morning made new contacts with Sesko?s camp. Not directly with the player, but with agents of the player to start conversations about eventual numbers, the contract, the project, the vision.

?So Man United are starting to move, Newcastle have already presented their project and are prepared to match the financial request. So Newcastle are ready to make a very important proposal to Sesko and Leipzig. Man United have started the concrete conversation while they discussed his name internally for weeks.

?So keep an eye on this Sesko story because in the next hours, days, we will understand more or what Sesko wants to do and so what is going to happen. For Sesko, there is a gentleman?s agreement between the player, the agent and RB Leipzig, a very good relationship.

We've agree to match everything financially. The filth have just asked the question, the inquiry.

The filth have 4 players players, each on more than 250,000quid they can't shift.

Let's see how this one shakes out.

Obviously biased, but EVERYTHING about going to Man Utd is a worse decision for Sesko.
They just bought a couple attackers for the first team and every player that has gone there recently has absolutely destroyed their career. Sesko would (assuming we sell Isak) come into a starting spot, playing Champions League football.

The Theatre of Dreams... More like the graveyard of Ambition.

The club where careers go to die. Cunha & Bummo both went for the 100k + a week wage packet.

Bummos gonna be missing for 5 weeks in December & Jan. Cunha was someone I was underwhelmed about when he was linked with us.

The Lad Amad, the only player at that club I'd consider a viable option for Eddie Howe to turn into a decent player, the only one that put in a shift last season and showed mental strength and determination is screwed. He's a wide right player and A-moron plays with 2 No.10s in a narrow front 3. He's not a wing back, defending is not is game. So he's cooked, career stunted. Such a shame for the young lad.

Sesko will no doubt like hojlund believe has is the man, strikers do. However, that atmosphere is toxic. A lot of people have A-moron as top pick for the sack race next season.

I don't think he'll be first but definitely in the top 3 with the promoted teams. The crowd will turn on him should results go against them in the fist 2 months.

Sesko has a choice. We've been chasing him since Salzburg, like Giraffe Neck-itike, we'll have to see if the lad has ambition for his career or to line his bank account.

Either way, his signature has nothing to do with whether Isak stays or goes.
