Glen Kamara, a 29-year-old midfielder who was loaned to Al-Shabab last winter, is being pushed towards the exit at Rennes. West Bromwich Albion has entered discussions with Rennes for a loan with an option to buy. In addition to West Bromwich Albion, Bologne and FC Copenhagen have also opened talks with Rennes regarding a similar loan deal for the Finnish international, who joined the club just six months ago from Glasgow Rangers. His contract with the French club runs until 2028, and his market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be ?5 million.

Talk about Josh Murphy too. Leicester and West Brom interest. Turned an offer down from Leicester.
Excited about Monday and whatever pans out.

The last couple of days of the window are notoriously hard for getting permanent signings of quality and value.

I have heard we might be looking at Romaine Esse on loan from Palace. They need to sign another winger first. One to watch.

They also still have Rak Saky

There's talk of Josh Murphy from Pompey , but he plays on the left .
Leicester have had a bid turned down , but at the age of 30 doesn't fit in with our new profile .

It's been all right so far, as long as we hold it steady. No 30 pluses or retirement plan signings. If nobody else comes in.....I would say it has been a decent window for the club.

100% agree Db buddy. It’s great to have the feeling of accentuating the positives….and of course avoiding the negatives.
Given our apparent financial restraints, it is a lot better than I was expecting.
