In my opinion club football management isn't what he is good at ,but over a cup competition system ie euros/World Cup. He could do that , don't get me wrong it was boring at times ,with the talent he had ,. But the system worked over 7 or 8 matches not a 38 game season ,, and he made it a club environment which the players liked.,We will never do what he achieved ever again,, ìn International football ,because he was the glue that held it all together, like warne was for us ,

It wasn't enough for England fans because he should have achieved so much more with the talent available to him.
The establishment rewarded the nearly man with a knighthood though. Unbelievable!
