    That?s how you do it

Everton down to 10 very early on and Moyes reacts instantly, Everton go on to win the game, that?s the difference between an experienced manager and a guy that clearly has no idea

Couldn?t agree more Bomber! Mason has zero clue of management hence the completely wrong decisions match after match. The hat is ready for Weds to pick the starting line up!

Lose and the boos will be very loud,

AND I suspect chants of ?you?re getting sacked in the morning?

However, a win for us, AND ?there?s only one Ryan Mason, one Ryan Mason?. Such is football fickleness

But Everton are a decent team Bomber and Man Utd are not. Albion are not a decent team and have many sub mediocre players. Plus Coventry are decent enough at this moment. Most managers inheriting this squad would struggle.
Regardless of what wages they are on, they are a very poor bunch presently.

Good points Dubbag. A different game, and a very decent side playing a very average one. Apply that with what what?s been said already, regarding an experienced man and a novice still learning, (we hope) then there is a huge difference in the likely outcome. All managers/coaches had to start from somewhere.

Mason does need to wise up though. His substitution of Johnson at half time last week was quite inexcusable.

I'm quite sure the clock is ticking for him, as very few managers will be given the time Ferguson was given all those years a go at United...

Agree Dubbag, I do not think Mason has long left. Tonight might be his final game or perhaps Saturday. If we lose either one of them then sadly for me, he will be given the axe.

Although I don’t like his style, he is on a learning curve and the constant changing of coach/manager is not good. And as I have said before, if the Nestor model is not working (it hasn’t for the last two bosses, possibly three) why are we so focused on it.

    What will be will be.

My view Dubs is the team are good enough to challenge for the play offs or there abouts. Mason is the huge problem!!! Yes we need a couple of players but so do others.

Hull, Bristol and Preston play lovely football and are top six for a reason. Certainly not money as they have spent far less than us. Their managers like to play good football on the front foot.

We had Coventry on the rack until Mason f ucked it up by subbing MJ our best player and not taking off JM. I could understand it if JM was not a petulant hot head and a decent player. He?s neither and Collyer is better so why did he not make that change? Brainless!

Useless and every game there?s a problem caused by Mason! Expect more bizarre selections/subs this Weds and anyone would think Barcelona are arriving!

The thing is Al, we were all in agreement at the start that we needed a young manager and not another Pulis, Bruce et al type of manager. We wanted a youthful looking manager for a change. Well we got one.
I expected only mid table at best this season and not near play offs. Yes he needs to learn but that usually is the way with youth and inexperienced personnel who are brought in as new.
Bruce is still looking for work, I think.....

I agree no dinosaur but there’s plenty of good young managers who have had managerial experience. Mason has had none and it tells. I expected top ten but was still hoping for play offs. Are we saying Hull, Bristol and Preston are better than us because they are playing great football and in the top six on a shoe string budget? No of course not but they have good managers and in the top six for a reason.

Bostock who has enormous potential for us and all we hear is - he’s a kid! Well Arteta played a school boy of 15 in the Champions League because he’s got balls to try him. Sadly Bostock will be snatched soon like all our good youngsters and wouldn’t blame him leaving one bit!
