Ogren - act now it's time for change

Pace of play - too slow to start games, to make key pass, to transition.
Team looking organised- players being out of position too often, from Goalie not in a position to command box, collect crosses. Defenders and midfielders going awol. Strikers not busting a gut or sniffing opportunities.
Workrate - consistently very poor from certain players
Team selection - squeezing in certain players, sticking with out of form players, playing unfit players.
Game management- wait and see approach, waits too long to see what 90% of crowd see.
Inspiration- too soft during matches, this rubs off on players.
Awareness - allowing players to be very lax
Accountability - too few stepping up to make things happen, a shot, a tackle, a pass. Allowing a blame others mentality which has set in for far too long.
Mindset- players coming off the pitch too many times with below average performances and more worryingly a lot scoring 6/10 or less for effort, which should be 8/10+ every week.

Jim is paid to ensure players are drilled. Yes the players should stand up and be counted but Jim needs to lead and he isnt.
    He is responsible 100%.

I wanted him to kick on and do well with us as we needed continuity but he is only consistent in repeating failures.
He has been given more than enough rope.

Jim has reached his ceiling with us, he will get jobs elsewhere.
Its time for change and a move away from the merry manager pool we usually pick from.
The right manager can take us to a level Jim can only dream of, we deserve better now.

    Rant over.

I remember fans saying we need to bring in a keeper as neither Birighitti or Eriksson were suitable coming upto January in that season. No new keeper and we got rightly relegated.

We fans are here longer than any owner or manager, yet they stand to make losses or get the bullet. You think the fans are pointing things out so the people in charge would heed the advice. The parallels between Thompson and McNamara to Ogren and Goodwin to get the player trading model up and running has meant imo we again have looked at making money from transfers rather than trying to win football matches.

Ogren is going nowhere...and let's be honest....Jim Goodwin ain't going anywhere either! I think that we are very much stuck at the moment and we will just have to see where we are at in January! I do think this "making money for the owner" mantra is gonna bite us in the butt and we need solid, SPL experienced recruitment in the January window. I am sure both Jim G and Ogren are under no illusion that we need to balance the books along with results and previous experience should tell them that the fans won't stand by and watch us implode again! I would say that JG has 3 weeks to save his job and Mark Ogren has about 4 weeks before there are protests!
