Exactly this I. Was a driving instructor before I retired , and almost all instructors see the faults , but those who don?t give the pupils the solution to fix the faults and become a better driver lose their jobs ,and have to go through training again if they want back in the profession, maybe the Doc needs to go back to a coaching school and learn how to problem solve
