    Warning -- bans

Be aware that if you receive a ban on one board it applies to all of the Footymad boards. And Mods are no longer able to unban folk. Careful out there!

Perhaps footymad should have the final say on who is or isn't allowed to post in all boards before a singular MOD makes an autonomous decision on a user who is welcome to post on other boards.

Individual MODS being able to give global bans is heading for trouble.

MODS are and always will be fair game for wind-ups. Banning people will achieve only one thing under this system which is fewer posters on an already depleted in numbers site.

The most power an individual MOD should have is the old sin bin option and the PERMANENT banning should be left to the big guns at footymad who can take a more pragmatic view of the situation that offended the MOD after discussing it with MODS from other boards where the so say offending poster also posts

Didn't you get the memo? Me neither, but if youse goes up to the FORUM button (top left) there's an cliquey MODERATOR site where this sort off of stuff is discussed. Gaz has given it both barrels on there too and he's totally right. IT'S SHITE.
