Please, oh God, whoever takes over get rid of Rooney and Hart. Rooney has always been overrated and seems to be past his sell by date. As for Hart, he has never been up to the job. Just look at the cock ups he has made over the years.

Grant is a better goalkeeper than Hart.

If he is the best we have got, God help us!!

Oh come on, Hart is just a convenient scapegoat, Hodgson must take the blame, he has switched tactics and team selection as if he hadn't a clue. then he has played players out of position, picked those unfit or out of form.

I mean look at the briefing that went on about Sterling before the Iceland game, Hodgson determined to play the guy even though he had spectaculary failed in previous games - why only bring Rashford on for the last 5 mins? Why play Wilshire? Why play Kane? Why have him taking corners there was so much wrong that blaming hart is ludicrous!

I will not argue with your views but I have said for a long time that Hart is not good enough and I stand by that.....he is not world class and is not even international class. You are not the first to disagree with me and I expect you will not be the last, but in my opinion he is not good enough.

    Rooney is past it too.

Mm your entitled to your opinion, but that does not make it a valid one. world class is a question of interpretation, is he the best English keeper, by most reasoned judgements yes he is and frankly in the past your judgements such as Grant is a clown dont do much to give you credibility on that score.

Frankly, I don't give a damn whether you think I have any credibility or not

Thats your right, but it does not make your opinion valid - many posts of yours lambasting players with ludicrous views means I doubt many take notice of you anyway¬

Hmm well at least I now know what you really think don't I. You may as well put me on ignore if you think my posts are ludicrous and not worth reading.

It is perhaps a good thing that I am posting less and less on here now

I think that Roy should take some blame but the players should take more. Players wearing an England shirt should have the attitude, passion and heart to put in a performance and I didn't see that. Regarding Rooney and Hart I have to agree with OTR.

Time for a new captain for England, and a new Keeper has to be found. Hart makes far to many blunders.

Hart has forgotten where he came from, players go to bigger clubs win things and think that they have 'arrived'. Pep is reputedly looking at another goalie so perhaps Hart will realise that he has'nt arrived yet. Would not have got near the England team in Shilton/Clements time. Rooney is allegedly being played up front by Mourinho, moves the ball around well from midfield but too slowly. We need quicker and sharper midfielders. Unless he does exceptional for Man U his England days are numbered!!

Hmm... teams need to be well balanced and the need for quick and sharp players is unarguable, but there's always some room for players who can read the game and speed it up through quick decision making rather than being physically quick themselves. The last World Cup team had far too many slow, immobile players.
