RIP Steve Burns

This is very sad news. I remember Stevelmu very well from the "Golden days" of MM and in fact had included him in a "Where are they now?" post that I decided in the end not to proceed with. RIP.

Steve was the most talented footballer I ever had the privilege of playing along side. He scored goals for the Internet Millers for fun.

He was also a really nice guy, very friendly and outgoing. I remember him taking the time to help organise a fundraiser for the Internet Millers at the Millmoor pub which was a lot of fun, and he'd always provide lots of good banter at the Worldnet tournaments. He was a very likeable guy and his passing is a very sad loss. My condolences to his family.

There is a special tribute to Steve on page 84 of the Advertizer today.... Never knew what such a prolific scorer he was....
