    Aye if phuckin was !! The Tories at Westminster scrapped it. The consequentials of the English subsidy would have funded part of the Scottish subsidy. Or are you saying that having lost the Scottish subsidy in the block grant, the Scottish parliament should fund the whole out of a diminishing block grant, down 20% since 2007 in real terms, another 6% cut on its way?

    Not really I've never reported anyone to the police before.
    What would they do anyway .. it wasn't me that took the video it was a councillor as stated .
    Can you for once post in a more intellectual way it would do the board some good ..
