    MillersMad Matchthread - The Millers v Brentford

    Match day is here again which means so am I. In a thread where bugger all matters apart from the match! When whoever posts is open only to a piss take and where if you get frustrated like Kev you don't get told off for swearing!

    You see nothing else in life is important between 3 and 5!

    This fixture last year contained one of the wierdest penalty decisions against the Millers only for us to go and get the winner in part of our amazing 11 match run which saw The Mighty Millers retain our position in the Championship! Cheers Neil!

    Will today be a turning point! Will our team of young uns go out and battle, batter, pass, defend and attack with the pashion expected by us Millers? Will they entertain by passing to feet at speed or with the vision of seeing a runner and putting the ball on a sixpence for the players demanding the ball? For us young uns a six pence was a really small coin that old people used to buy things years ago, so I'm told.

    Time to turn potential into form!

    COME ON YOU REDS!!!!!!

    Greetings to Millersmadsters around the world from a dry, but fairly cloudy NYS... it's a bit gusty too (unusual for August)... no team news from the local media yet, but as far as I know, all our new signings are available for selection

    Debut for Izzy Brown and Tom Adeyemi

    Camp,
    Fisher,
    Ball,
    Wilson,
    Kelly;
    Vaulks,
    Adeyemi;
    Taylor,
    Allan,
    Brown;
    Ward.

    It doesn't look like Stubbs was that pleased with the players he inherited after all with only 3 of them making the team today

    Not sure why Allan gets in ahead of some of the players on the bench.... I just hope that Stubbsy has made the right selection

    If we beat the Bees by 3 clear goals today we will go above the piggys Forristieri or not. Be nice but any old win would do me.

    I presume it's because he's able to find that elusive pass in the final third

    Afternoon Frog n all. I'm allowed to participate today by the social arranger and domestic overlord.

    Think we'll get our customary big 2-1 win against the bees today. Stranger things have happened, like rain today, and don't forget we are unbeaten in the league at home all season.
