Can't be bad. When I was a kid, my Uncle Ray had a caravan at North Landing, Flamborough. I loved going there and can remember it like it was yesterday, even though it's about 50 years ago. Say's it all, really.

I was there a couple of weeks ago sota, and ill be going again in a few weeks time..i go all over the east coast, runswick, robin hoods bay, staithes, whitby, scarboro, but stay near brid..if it wasnt for having a dog, i'd spread my wings a bit farther afield, like i used to do....but id have to be careful...i could end up doing something like going on a under the thumb hyacinth bucket type holiday...by the way, i saw cliffy last sunday..i went in for a few and for a game of irish bingo..he gave me one of those nostalgia society calendars...

Milla, you say that as if it's something to be proud of.

A caravan is nothing more than a congested coffin on wheels with only the driver still able to breathe but if he doesn't take more care at the next hump back bridge...!"£$%^&*()!"£$%^&*()

    Quite sad in some ways.

I reckon you must be a closet caravanner Zil to come on here in the wee hours of the morning and reply to this after weeks or is it months of MM abstinence?

    Cause of death (multiple deaths):

4 weeks of sub standard Euros
2 weeks of sub standard Wimbledon
3 weeks of sub standard Olympics
46 weeks (4 already used up) of watching a shambolic, ill prepared, unfit and talentless footballers put together at the last second on the hoof and the 'never-never'.

Yes, it's true. I was the driver of the mobile corpse carrier and I don't regret a thing.
