According to the Newcastle forum is Roger East.
Only had 5 games so far this season but he has handed out 16 yellows and 2 reds. Seems a bit card happy to me.
I wonder if he will suffer from the big club syndrome that a lot of refs seem to have.

5 games in and 16 yellows and 2 reds it could be ....... Roger that or ....Roger and out.
EDIT : He`s reffed quite a few decent games in his time.
