anything less than a 50/50 split at the final is unacceptable

....the suits at hampden should do the right thing and make sure both teams get the same number of tickets.

Aberdeen FC will sell out our allocation, of that there is no doubt.

there simply is no reason not to do the right thing other than giving one team an unfair advantage.

    ken?

I don't think you'll have any worries about getting half the tickets, Doncaster the hun will see to it.

I don't think anyone would disagree, fifty fifty and if any of the teams has any left, they go to the opposition

A 50/50 split would be fine, unfortunately a lot of tickets go to corporate and the sponsors and therefore a lot of normal fans miss out.

Spot on. Probably get about 21.000 each both clubs could sell that twice over. I think they should reduce the corporate freebees and make sure the fans get the lion share.

Suits allocation aside I don't think it was ever in doubt that the rest of the allocation should/would be 50/50. They're currently the top two teams in the land and both are well supported so can't see what the fuss would be tbh

How many season ticket holders are there at each club?

Hypothetically if Celtic have 30,000 ST holders & Aberdeen have 10,000, is it fair that both teams get 20,000 tickets each? I'm not so sure.

Why should it be done on the number of ST holders? The finals and semi-finals aren't on your ST anyway so why would it matter how many STs are involved. As it is I don't think Hampden could even accommodate Celtic's ST holders not to mention Aberdeen's.

50/50 split is the fair way to go. In the extremely unlikely event that one side doesn't use all of their allocation then fair enough make them available to fans of the other side.
